Lowes Advantage Consumer Complaint
We have an electrolux (french door) refrigerator which is under warranty until 2016 under Lowe's Advantage. We first called Lowe's on March 15, 2014 about the ice and water dispenser not working. We were sent a service company-- Mr. Appliance-- who cut the tubing and said that there was a part that needed to be replaced. The technician- Joaquin- returned a month later, on April 15, 2014 and tried to fix it again. However, he said that the company had ordered the wrong part.
